Evraz Group S.A announces that it has signed three credit facility agreements with the Russian bank, Gazprombank for a total amount of USD 950 million for a period of 45 months. Credit lines of USD 500 million, USD 300 million and USD 150 million may be extended to Evraz wholly owned Russian subsidiaries Zapsib, NTMK and NKMK respectively.

The amounts available under these agreements can be drawn down within the next nine months.
