Bloomberg reported that Evraz Plc a Russian steelmaker sold two coking coal-processing plants in Ukraine to Metinvest, that country biggest steelmaker.

Moscow based news service reported citing Mr Vasily Shevchenko head of the Dnipropetrovsk metallurgists and miners’ labor union said Metinvest bought Evraz Bagliykoks and Dniprodzerzhinsky Coke Chemical Plant.

Evraz press office didn’t immediately comment today when called by Bloomberg news.
