Ukrainian Journal cited Mr Yuriy Boyko Energy Minister of Ukraine said the country is working to engage ExxonMobil, Texaco and Chevron Corp in development of the Black Sea shelf.

He said that "We have drawn up a corresponding program and we want to engage US Exxon Mobil, Chevron and Texaco, because they have relevant experience of working at great depths."
