FAS permitted Interconsulting to acquire 67PCTof Yu-Trans

It is reported that the Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the application of Interconsulting LLC for the acquisition of 66.7% of shares of Yu-Trans LLC increasing its current stake in the acquiree to 99.36%.

Yu-Trans LLC provides cargo transportation services.
