Itar-Tass citing Mr Alexander Medvedev deputy CEO of Gazprom as saying that Russia’s gas giant Gazprom expects that this year its average annual gas export price for Europe will remain at the level of 2007.

He said that “In general, this year’s gas export price will be at the level of 2007 on the average. This is a rather satisfactory price and it will allow Gazprom to ensure its sustainable development with certain amendments to be made to the investment program.”
