AK&M reported that Gazprom neft BOD approved a deal with Moscow Refinery on the delivery of gas in the volume of RUB 3 billion. 665.8 million cubic meter of gas should be shipped within a contract by 2015 end.

Gazprom neft is ranked as the 5th oil producer by the crude output in Russia. The Company and its subs keep 61 licenses on the development of the oil fields. It has 4.5 billion barrels in reserves.

The major holder is Gazprom having 95.68%. It has 61 licenses for the development of the fields. The 2011 net profit rose 71% to USD 5.347 billion revenues being up 34.3% to $44.189 billion EBITDA 40.3% to USD 10.121 billion.

The IH 2012 net profit added 0.4% to come to RUB 78.726 billion revenues rose 18.8% to RUB 579.182 billion EBITDA 6.6% to RUB 149.297 billion.

The IH 2012 net profit increased 14% to RUB 48.42 billion from RUB 42.555 billion prior year period revenues moved up to 10% to RUB 433.923 billion from RUB 394.243 billion.
