It is reported that FFMS exempted Gazpromneft-Novosibirsk from the necessity to disclose information.

Gazpromneft-Novosibirsk was formed in 1994. It provides oil products sale and storage in Novosibirsky region. It is a sub of Gazprom neft.

Gazprom neft is ranked as the 5th oil producer in Russia. The Company and its subs keep 61 licenses on the development of the oil fields. It has 4.5 billion barrells in reserves.

The major holder is Gazprom having 95.68%.
