
It is reported that the Black Sea terminal of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan in the Georgian port of Kulevi lowered oil transshipment by 7.2%.
The Company reports that in December 2011 the volume of transshipment of oil and petroleum products through the Terminal declined by 12.2% against the November 2011 figure.
In December 2011 it was directed 231,900 tons of oil and petroleum products through BST to world markets versus 264,100 tons in November, 231,500 tons in October, 225,300 tons in September, and 353,787 tons in May.
At that, the terminal accepted 210,900 tons of oil and petroleum products in December against 212,000 tons in November, 273,315 tons in October and 362,668 tons in January 2011.
Export through the Terminal in 2011 reached 3.34 million tons of oil and petroleum products and their acceptance 3.357 million tons. In 2010 transshipment through the Terminal reached 3.6 million tons that is by 56% more than the 2009 index.
