It is reported that Rurexpol Sp zoo which is a part of Alchemia SA steel group has finalized the deal with Industrial Union of Donbass for sale of tube mill, joined before in Huta Czestochowa Sp zoo.

The amount of the deal is 26 million euros. This includes, property ownership rights, equipment, materials, products and other assets, as well as licenses, concessions, author rights, patents, rights to rent and to lease, commercial secrets, documents related to business, etc.

The plant produces seamless steel tubes. Rurexpol does not plan to change production line of the plant, as well as labour agreement with the staff of the plant, which has been completed by ISD before.
