Interfax citing Mr Oleksandr Pylypenko ISD Vice President as saying that, the Ukrainian Corporation Industrial Union of Donbass is finishing talks with international creditors on the restructuring of its debt and hopes to sign the agreement in January to February 2011.

He said that "It's likely that in January-February the agreement would be signed."

Mr Pylypenko did not disclose the conditions and the size of the debt, adding that the debt now is less than USD 3 billion, while information from media reports that the debt was USD 3 billion is untrue.

Mr Pylypenko said that the corporation continuously has been holding talks with creditors, including with the participation of Russia's Vnesheconombank. He said that "Now we reached the final stage."
