It is reported that OJSC Khabarovskiy Sudostroitelnyi Zavod obtained permission from FAS to acquire 41% of voting shares of Kaspiyskaya Energiya Group.

Kaspiyskaya Energiya Group was established in 2006. Its core activities are related to design, construction and installation of facilities off-shore to develop oil and gas fields at sea.

The group includes three divisions engineering operations, production operations. The group projects are managed by Kaspiyskaya Energiya Proyekty, OOO.

OJSC Khabarovskiy Sudostroitelnyi Zavod one of the largest ship building factories of the Far East was established to construct vessels for Russia Navy.
