KIT Finance Investment Bank is a commercial bank providing financial services. After the additional issue the capital structure is as follows: NPF Blagosostoyanie 57.15%, Transfincapital 23.12%, RZHD 19.29%, minority 0.45%. The 2010 profit is equal to RUB 230 million.
