
Kazakhstan Railways increases supply of coal due to cold
Kazakhstan Railways said that Kazakhstan Railways sent more than 7.3 million tonnes of coal to consumers in Kazakhstan in terms of 6.5 million tonnes or 12% more than planned in the period from January 1st 2012 to January 31st 2012.
It added that "The loading of coal increased by 860,000 tonnes or by 13% as compared to the same period in 2011 Surplus to ensure coal is especially important due to the prolonged cold in much of the territory of Kazakhstan."
