Kazakhstan increases crude steel output in 2011

According to the State Statistics Committee of Kazakhstan, in 2011 Kazakhstan produced 4.808 million tonnes of crude steel up by 12%YoY.
Production of flat steel in Kazakhstan in 2011 increased by 6.6%YoY rising to 3.092 million tonnes while output of galvanized rolled steel went up by 2.5%YoY to 598,281 tonnes.
In 2011, Kazakhstan saw its ferroalloy production fall by 1.9%YoY to 1.669 million tonnes.
