Kazakhstan steel production in 10 months dips by 11pct YoY

According to the data released by the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency of Statistics, in January to October 2009 the country crude steel production down by 10.5%YoY to 3.415 million tonnes but flat rolled steel production up by 3.1%YoY to 2.537 million tonnes.
During January to October 2009, Kazakhstan output of ferroalloys declined by 19.1%YoY to 1.176 million tonnes.
