Luganskteplovoz and RZD reach agreement on diesel locomotive unit delivery

Ukrainian News reported that Luganskteplovoz and Russian Railways reached an agreement to deliver 120 diesel locomotive units to the Russian railway operator in 2009.
As per report in 2008 Luganskteplovoz received the order of Russian Railways to manufacture 110 diesel locomotive units.
