It is reported that at the MMK-Metiz annual meeting June 28 the holders approved the non-payment of the 2011-dividends.

The Plant is included into Magnitogorsky Metallurgic Plant. It was formed in 2006 through the merger of MMK-Metiz and Magnitogorsky Calibration Plant. It is a producer of the wire, electrode products etc.
