MMK Metiz BOD approved several interest bearing deals at the sitting September 24th 2012. In particular the contracts with MMK, Interkos IV and MZPV were affirmed.

The Plant is included into Magnitogorsky Metallurgic Plant. It was formed in 2006 through the merger of MMK Metiz and Magnitogorsky Calibration Plant. It is a producer of the wire electrode products etc.

The IH 2012 net losses reached RUB 319.85 million against RUB 50.759 million in profit prior year period revenues declined 2.2% to RUB 7.707 billion.

The 2011 net losses reached RUB 66.763 million against RUB 123.229 million in profit prior year revenues added 6.33% to come to RUB 14.786 billion from RUB 13.905 billion losses from sales coming to RUB 47.399 million from RUB 120.513 million.
