Interfax citing Mr Dmitry Medvedev President of Russia as saying that the company Caspian partners will hopefully abide by the earlier reached agreement on energy cooperation.

He said that "I would like to draw the Security Council members' attention to one theme the theme we discussed and I discussed with my colleagues the Trans-Caspian pipeline."

He added that "I hope our partners, who are weighing various procedures of energy cooperation, will abide by the earlier reached agreements too."
