
The CIS export market was rather active after the holidays, but the longs and flats prices moved into opposite directions once again this week.
Billet price declined by USD 10 per tonne to USD 20 per tonne because of insufficient demand from the MENA region.
Finished longs dynamics is lagging behind the billet trend.
But, finished flats prices are going up.
