
The CIS steel export market seems to have stabilized a bit last week.
Some increase of quotations or steel billet exports has been observed from the market last week ie after concluding at USD 570 per tonne FOB, a higher level was reported. The most players were trying to contract December production by offering at USD 580 per tonne last week.
However, finished longs quotations were still stagnating last week, with wire rod loosing almost USD 20 per tonne.
