
It is reported that the CIS steel export market was getting more active and price increase is observed in the most monitored segments this week.
While billets prices started recovering in Week ended December 9th 2012, rebar & wire rod started on uptrend in Week ended December 16th 2012.
HRC from both Ukrainian and Russian mills after continued downtrend since September end and after loosing USD 14o per tonne have posted gains in Week ending December 23rd 2011.
