The CIS export market has already entered the Holiday season, generally it is keeping the previous week levels with slight stagnation in the flats segment.
The demand for billet was slow, but some revival is expected after the New Year. Similar situation is observed for finished long products.
On the other hand, finished flat prices declined by around UDS 5 per tonne. Generally market is rather quite with new offers expected not before the first week of January.
