It is reported that Mr Alexey Miller Chairman of Gazprom's Management Committee has been re-elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of OJSC Gazprom Neft.

Gazprom Neft ranks fifth in the Russian Federation in the oil extraction volume. Gazprom Neft and its subsidiaries own 61 licenses for the prospecting and development of oil fields. The proven oil reserves in fields belonging to the company exceed 4.5 billion barrels. The company's largest shareholder is Gazprom Group.
