
Korrespondent reported that Mr Alexander Pilipenko corporate vice president of the Industrial Union of Donbass has decided to quit.
The report quoted Mr Pilipenko as saying that he was forced to quit because of disagreements with the new and former shareholders.
However, he did not detail the disagreements.”
He said that this decision is final.
Mr Pilipenko since 2001 served as VP of IUD on corporate law and investments and was one of the top managers of ISD. He has served as head of the supervisory board of ISD-Polska which operates steel division ISD in Poland.
