According to a company statement, in the January to September period of this year the long steel division of Russian steelmaker Novolipetsk Steel shipped around 1.02 million tonnes of rebar including 990,000 tonnes to the domestic market up 13% and around 28,000 tonnes for export down 7% both YoY. In October 2012, NLMK plans to ship around 100,000 tonnes of rebar down 13% compared to September.
