
Novosibirsk Metallurgical Works named after Kuzmin, a subsidiary of the Russian steel producer ESTAR Holding currently under the control of Russia's largest metal trader Metallservis Group, has announced that in September this year it produced 16,114 tonnes of steel products up by 4.37%YoY.
Specifically, during the period in question, NMZK produced 14,813 tonnes of electric welded pipes, pipes for water and gas supply and shaped pipes up by 43%YoY, 1,291 tonnes of rolled steel products down by 73.7%YoY and 10 of cold rolled steel band down by 90.4%YoY.
During the previous month, NMZK was fully supplied with the required slabs from Evraz West-Siberian Steel Works and Metalloinvest Ural Steel. In October this year, NMZK plans continue to increase its output, up to 17,760 tonnes of steel products increase of 10.2%MoM including 15,322 tonnes of pipe products, 2,374 tonnes of rolled products and 64 tonne of hardware products.
