Ukrainian Journal reported that National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrayiny in January to June 2012 saw a UAH 4.458 billion in net loss under Ukrainian accounting standards.

The company said in the information disclosure system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market that its net income over the period came to UAH 62.866 billion while its gross profit totaled UAH 1.615 billion under Ukrainian accounting standards.

In H1 2011, the holding saw UAH 417.882 million in net profit a net income of UAH 57.324 billion and gross profit of UAH 5.05 billion under Ukrainian accounting standards.
