Ukrainian Journal reported that Naftogaz Ukrayiny, the national energy company and Rompetrol Group NV which controls three oil refineries and a chain of gas filling stations across Europe signed an agreement on Monday seeking to jointly expand in Ukraine.

The plans include setting up and expanding a chain of gasoline filling stations across Ukraine, improving gasoline quality and using the country oil and petroleum product terminals to boost transshipment services.
