According to, Mr Yevhen Bakulin Naftogaz CEO Naftogaz Ukrainy, in pursuance of a ruling by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce has returned about seven billion cubic meters of natural gas to Swissregistered gas trader RosUkrEnergo.

At the same time, he declined to specify the deadline for the return of 12.1 billion cubic meters of gas to RosUkrEnergo.

Mr Bakulin said "The repayment schedule will depend on the temperature conditions. He also said that the return of gas to RosUkrEnergo would not affect the provision of domestic consumers with gas, as well as gas transit through Ukrainian territory.”
