Interfax-Ukraine quoted a source familiar with the situation said the Nord Stream gas pipeline suspended operations for four hours on Tuesday but pumping started up again at around 7:00 PM Moscow time

Earlier an official representative of the pipeline company Nord Stream said "This was a short suspension for technical servicing needed for checking out the gas pipeline at the stage of moving to project capacity."

He said that all orders will be fulfilled on time.

The pipeline officially went into service on November 8.
