Interfax reported that CJSC MetalResourceComplex, a member of United Metallurgical Company has made a voluntary offer to buy shares in OMK Vyksa Steel Works for RUB 41,000 a share.
MetalResourceComplex and affiliates already control 87.71% of VMZ.
