Izhora Plants part of the OMZ Group completed contract obligations before TAIF-NK JSC.

According to the contract, signed in November 2010, Izhora Plants committed itself not only to design and manufacture of petrochemical hydraulic cleaning reactor DS-302 but also to organize its delivery and installation to the designed position at the customer’s site.

Installation of the reactor was carried out by the service centre of Izhora Plants, involving specialized installation company. The installation was performed on the grounds of workshop #4 of the oil refining plant of TAIF-NK, JSC. Reactor, weight 212 tons, 4.800 meters in diameter and 15 meters in height, was set up on the foundation. The reactors installation to the desired position was carried out simultaneously by two automotive cranes Liebherr, lifting capacity 400 tonnes each. The work was carried out promptly and with impeccable quality.
