Interfax reported that the board of directors at heavy machinery producer OMZ has appointed Mr Vadim Makhov as its general director.

Mr Makhov worked at Severstal between 1994 and 2009 and was professor of the Skolkovo School of Management from 2009 and author of a book called Innovations.
