Gazprom has registered a new wholly owned subsidiary OOO Gazprom personal.

The new company will recruit qualified professionals from Gazprom staff for international project-based joint ventures. These professionals will be employed by OOO Gazprom personal and all the social benefits and guarantees of Gazprom's employees will be retained for them during service in a joint venture.

Mr Anton Malyushitsky has been appointed Director General of OOO Gazprom personal.

Mr Anton Malyushitsky was born on August 7 1979 in Chekhov.

In 2001 he graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas, majoring in Law.
