In August RZHD BOD approved the documents on the formation of the sub named RZHD-Logistics for the provision of logistic services.

The company informed that it is aimed to raise the attractiveness of the services for the cargo carriages by the railway and generation of the extra profit due to the formation of the complex transport-logistic product through the integration of RZHD services into a single chain.

The Company is set up as a joint stock company to provide transportation services.

The Company was formed in 2003 on the basis of the communications sector. 100% are held by the state; the railway network covers 85,500 km.

The share capital is worth RUR 1.583 trillion split in 1,583,197,819 common stocks of RUR 1000 each.
