AK&M reported that RZHD intends to increase the wagons purchase at Tverskoy Wagon Plant by 16.6%, the company informed. To reach the target RUB 3 billion were released out of the federal budget which will be invested into the RZHD share capital.

It will permit to purchase 91 new carriages. Thus, the purchases at TVZ will be raised to 640 carriages from 549.

TVZ is one of the leading wagon plants in Russia and CIS. The major holder is the government 25% being held by Transmashholding.
