Interfax cited Mr Vladimir Putin Russian President said the signing of an agreement between Rosneft and ExxonMobil on joint efforts to recover tight oil resources is positive signal for market participants.

Mr Putin said at a meeting with ExxonMobil chief Mr Rex Tillerson that "This is the best confirmation that economic relations between the United States and Russia continue to develop."
