Rosneft expects H2 EBITDA to beat target - Mr O Brien

Interfax Mr Peter O'Brien Vice President of Rosneft as saying that Rosneft expects EBITDA in the H2 of 2009 will exceed target.
He said that the company will have good results for the H2. The third and fourth quarters will be similar to the second which had strong results.
