Reuters citing Mr Eduard Khudainatov CEO of State controlled Rosneft as saying that the company is mulling partnerships to explore the Arctic offshore with Chinese and Indian oil companies.

Mr Khudainatov named CNPC, CNOOC, Sinopec as well as unnamed Indian companies as potential partners to explore the eastern Arctic.
