It is reported that OJSC Rosneftegaz acquired 100% minus 1 share of OJSC Kaliningradgazifikatsiya and OJSC Institut Geologii i Razrabotki Goryuchikh Iskopaemykh.
Rosneftegaz is a 100% state owned company. It owns more than 75% of shares of OJSC Rosneft and 10.74% of OJSC Gazprom as well as stakes in 78 gas distributors.
