The Moscow Commercial Court told the Russian Legal Information agency that it has postponed until March 30th 2012 its hearing of a power infrastructure developer's lawsuit to recover USD 37.6 million from its subcontractor EnergoStroyEngineering.

The Moscow Commercial Court has not specified the subject in dispute, but said the session was delayed to allow the parties time to settle the dispute.

Rusengineering brought its action on October 27th 2011.

Rusengineering is a group of companies implementing complex projects in power grid infrastructure design, construction and maintenance. It is a primary contractor of the Federal Network Company of Russia's Unified Energy System.
