Interfax-Ukraine newswire reported, citing Mr Valeriy Muntiyan the Ukrainian government representative for cooperation with Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States said Russia agreed to import 150,000 tons of Ukrainian steel pipes in the second half of this year without levying customs duty.
