Kommersant reported, citing an energy deal between the countries said Russia and Belarus agreed to cooperate on exports of electricity produced in Belarus from Russian natural gas.

OAO Inter RAO UES or its joint venture with Belenergo of Belarus will have the right to export electricity to countries including Poland. Currently, Inter RAO ships Russian electricity to Belarus and Lithuania.
