Interfax citing Ms Oksana Sergiyenko Deputy Finance Minister of Russia as saying that the Russian Finance Ministry will budget for approximately zero GDP growth in 2010.

She said that "We'll be using a clearly conservative forecast for the budget. The GDP forecast is currently between negative 0.5% and positive 0.5%."
