Russian planning 2pct budget deficit in 2013 instead of 1.6% - Siluanov

Interfax quoted Mr Anton Siluanov Finance Minister of Russia said a Russian budget deficit of 1.5% of GDP is now planned for 2013 instead of the previously expected 1.6%.
He said that "It'll be 1.5%, just less than previously [planned]."
