Russian scrap exports by rail down 21pct in Jan-Sept

In the January to September period of the current year, Russia exported 1.07 million tonnes of scrap by railway down 21% compared to the same period of last year as reported by Russian Railways. In September alone, Russia exported 155,200 tonnes of scrap by railway, down 15% compared to September 2011.
