The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan plans to issue corporate bonds for the internal market of Azerbaijan in 2013.

Mr Rovnag Abdullayev president of SOCAR on the sidelines of the international conference 'Azerbaijan 2020 Vision to the future said that “I have given instructions to the relevant services of SOCAR over consideration of possible issue of bonds, intended for the domestic market of Azerbaijan.”

Mr Abdullayev said that this year, we have issued bonds for the international market and received a very good result. Why not doing it for local market which can significantly enliven the domestic market of capital. It is supposed that the volume of bonds will make AZN 500m.
