The system of professional health and safety management at Russian steel plant Serov Steel Works, subsidiary of Russia based Ural Mining and Metallurgical Company has been found to comply with international standard OHSAS 18001:2007.

The certification audit was carried out by specialists of TÜV SÜD Rusland.

Serov Steel Works has already found to be in compliance with quality management system ISO 9001:2008, the international industry standard ISO/TS 16949 developed for the automotive industry and the system of ecological management ISO 14001:2007.
