It is reported that Mr.Boris Ivanchenko, former Technical Provision Director of branch “Volgogradskiy” JSC “Severstal-Metiz” will succeed Mr Vladimir Petrovich as Managing Director.

We would like to remind that Mr. Petrovich who has been holding this position in Volgograd for the last 5 years will continue his career within the Company as a new Managing Director of Cherepovets production site.

Changes in the staff of the Company will not result in changing of its course. “Severstal-metiz” will proceed with performing tasks in development, provision of high quality production and technical services, expansion and strengthening relations with our business partners.

Mr Oleg Veter CEO of JSC “Severstal-Metiz said ” Mr Ivanchenko will continue to implement positive modification at Volgograd site, including the immediate task of “North-South” project completion. He said that “Rope business development key business of our Company is closely connected with development of Volgograd branch which is nowadays facing ambitious tasks to improve production quality, expand the range of special ropes, package of services and technical support for the clients. I am sure that professional competence of Mr Boris Ivanchenko will contribute a lot to the fulfillment of these tasks.”
